PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is a great option for individuals with specific targets and goals in mind. Your trainer will challenge you, motivate you and follow up with you to make sure you stay on the right track. Personal Training clients frequently indicate more results in less time. Our Personal Trainer can help you:

  • customize an exercise program based entirely on your fitness needs and time constraints
  • provide on-going feedback and guidance
  • assist you with maintaining focus and motivation
  • continuously evaluate your progress and update your program as required
  • provide you with a safe, informative, results-oriented environment in which to exercise
  • provide general nutritional guidance and information

 Member Pricing - Private Training
 Single Session -       $45 plus taxes
 Five Pack Session -  $40 per session plus taxes
 Ten Pack Session -  $35 per session plus taxes

 Member Pricing - Semi Private Training
(2 clients:1 trainer)

 Five Pack Session -  $58 per session plus taxes
 Ten Pack Session -  $50 per session plus taxes

 Non-Member Pricing
 Single Session -       $50 plus taxes
 Five Pack Session -  $45 per session plus taxes
 Ten Pack Session -  $40 per session plus taxes
