SPECIALTY COURSES

Purdy's Wharf Fitness Centre provides a variety of programs to meet the variety of fitness needs of our members.  These include various Specialty Classes such as  Pilates,The Healthy Traveler, The Healthy Weight Loss Plan, and Make it Happen; all of which are detailed below.

These Programs provide a mix of the best aspects of group fitness (motivation, energy, fun) and personal training (supervised, customization, diversity) to create a results driven program to keep you committed and on the road to your goals. What makes group fitness coaching unique?

  • No more than 8 people accepted in a class creates great instructor participant ratio(no overcrowding)
  • Participants have input for upcoming classes
  • Opportunity to ask questions and learn new concepts and exercises
  • Schedule your group session like an appointment same day same time every week
